Memory-making Cookies
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed almonds
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter cookie sheets.
Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla.
Separately, combine the dry ingredients. Then, stir into the creamed mixture.
Add chips and nuts and mix well.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.

With a name like Memory-making Cookies how can I not want to try this? Looks like a trip to the grocery market is in order...it's been awhile since I've made cookies!
