Snowy Saturday

Guess what we got yesterday. No surprise, is it?

We've been snowbound for weeks now, something I don't mind one bit. The snow clearing and wood stacking keeps me busy. An added bonus is that there's no need to hit the gym when you're working your tush off in the yard!

I love the way snow makes even the ordinary extraordinary, don't you?

Hope you enjoy your weekend. Me? I hear there's more of the white stuff in the forecast. I've got my shovel ready!

I love the pics. We have snow here, too. It's not the norm and is so gorgeous. I feel as if I'm living in a winter dream.

Glad you've got your shovel ready!

Melissa, I love it that you're enjoying the snow too. It is beautiful outside--hope you find the time to make some snow angels!

Dru, thanks for stopping by on this snowy day. I have been thinking of you while I spend the afternoon at my sewing machine. Hope you are enjoying this pretty day.

What are you creating?

We have insane amounts of snow out there and got another 6- 7" today. Crazy!

But at least it's pretty :-)

Dru, I'm creating handbags. It was Vito's idea and it's keeping me nice and busy on these long, lonely afternoons. Thanks for asking.

You're right, Marianne, the snow sure is pretty. I don't mind it one bit, honestly. We're supposed to get icy rain in the wee hours tomorrow morning and that doesn't thrill me. Too slippery on these country roads for those who have to head to work. Who knows? Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be snow!

Thanks for stopping by!
